Accepting Invitations

Overview

When another business invites you to transact on LiquidTrust, you will receive an email invitation. You must accept the invitation before payments can be created between you.

When You Would Use This

You received an email from LiquidTrust inviting you to connect with another business.

How It Works

The invitation email contains a link that takes you to LiquidTrust. If you already have an account, you can accept the invitation directly. If you are new to LiquidTrust, you will create an account first.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from LiquidTrust.
  2. Click the invitation link.
  3. If you are a new user, create your account and complete onboarding.
  4. Review the invitation, which shows who invited you and their business name.
  5. If you have multiple businesses, select which business to connect.
  6. Click Confirm to accept or Decline to reject the invitation.

What Happens Next

Once you accept, the business will appear in your Business Contacts list and you can begin sending and receiving payments with them.

If you decline, the inviting business will be notified.

Notes

  • You can also accept invitations for specific Protected Pay transactions. These arrive separately and include the payment details for your review.
