Privacy Policy

1.1 Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by Liquid Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "LiquidTrust," "we," "us" or "our") when you access or use our websites (www.liquidtrust.io, app.liquidtrust.io, www.goliquid.io, www.poweredbyliquid.com) and the associated domains thereof (collectively, the "Site"), and the products and services listed on the Site (as such list may be updated or modified from time to time, collectively, the "Services").

1.2 Information covered by this Privacy Policy. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, our use of the term "information" means any and all information we receive from or about you. We categorize information as either:

• "Non-Personal Information" means Information which does not personally identify a person.
• "Personal Information" means information related to a natural person that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers, as well as other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Process" or "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Information, whether or not by automated means.

1.3 Enterprise and Partner End Users (Carve-Out)

This Section 1.3 applies when you access or use the Services through, at the direction of, or in connection with a business customer of LiquidTrust (each, a "Customer") – for example, where you are invited to onboard via single sign-on (SSO) or where your activity originates on the Customer's platform and is transmitted to LiquidTrust via an application programming interface (API). In these circumstances, the Customer controls your Personal Information and determines the purposes and means of processing (i.e., acts as the controller or similar term under applicable law), and LiquidTrust Processes your Personal Information on the Customer's behalf as a processor/service provider to provide the Services. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the data protection terms in LiquidTrust's agreement with the Customer (including any data processing addendum), those terms will govern with respect to Personal Information Processed on behalf of that Customer.

1.3.1 In the circumstances described in Section 1.3, you may access or use the Services through, or in connection with, an organization, financial institution, marketplace, platform, employer, or other business customer of LiquidTrust (each, a "Customer"), including where you are invited to onboard through a single sign-on (SSO) connection or where your activity originates on the Customer's platform and is transmitted to LiquidTrust via an application programming interface (API). In those circumstances, LiquidTrust Processes your Personal Information only on behalf of and under the Customer's instructions to provide the Services to the Customer, including identity verification and due diligence (e.g., AML/KYC/KYB), fraud detection and prevention, compliance screening, payment Processing, routing, execution, settlement, reconciliation, and related support and security functions. In these circumstances, the Customer is the controller of your Personal Information (or similar term under applicable law), and LiquidTrust acts as the processor/service provider. Such identity verification and compliance screening are performed solely to enable LiquidTrust to provide the Services and comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and are not intended to serve as a general background check or certification for any purpose outside the Services.

1.3.2 If you seek to exercise rights or make requests regarding Personal Information that LiquidTrust Processes on behalf of a Customer (including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection), you should direct your request to the Customer (unless LiquidTrust is legally required to respond directly). LiquidTrust will provide reasonable assistance to the Customer to enable the Customer to respond to such requests to the extent required by applicable data protection law and solely with respect to Personal Information Processed on the Customer's behalf that is within LiquidTrust's possession or control. Such assistance will be provided at the Customer's expense (unless otherwise required by applicable law or LiquidTrust's agreement with the Customer, including any data processing addendum) and is subject to reasonable scope limitations based on the nature of the Services, including that LiquidTrust is not required to implement new systems, workflows, or processes or to disclose security-sensitive information.

1.3.3 To provide the Services, LiquidTrust may disclose certain information to banks, financial institutions, payment networks, and other payment and settlement providers (including correspondent and intermediary banks) and other parties as necessary to initiate, route, execute, settle, and reconcile transactions, and to perform related fraud, sanctions, and compliance screening. In addition, LiquidTrust may disclose information about your account and your use of the Services to the Customer through which you access the Services (for example, a financial institution, marketplace, platform, or employer) as necessary to provide, operate, and support the Services in that context, including for reconciliation, reporting, customer support, dispute handling, risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance. This may include transaction details and status, and limited payment method or bank account identifiers (such as bank name and the last four digits of an account number), to the extent available to LiquidTrust in connection with the Services. These recipients may Process such information under their own legal and regulatory obligations.

1.3.4 LiquidTrust does not use Personal Information that it Processes on behalf of a Customer for targeted advertising to you, and does not sell such Personal Information. LiquidTrust's marketing communications and advertising practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy generally apply to information collected in connection with your direct interactions with LiquidTrust (for example, when you visit our Site, subscribe to updates, or participate in LiquidTrust marketing programs), rather than Personal Information Processed on behalf of a Customer.

1.3.5 If LiquidTrust receives a legally binding request for Personal Information that it Processes on behalf of a Customer (including from law enforcement or another government authority), LiquidTrust will handle the request in accordance with its agreement with the Customer and applicable law, including any restrictions on notice. Where permitted and practicable, LiquidTrust will first direct the requesting party to seek the information directly from the Customer and/or notify the Customer.

1.3.6 If you access the Services via SSO, LiquidTrust receives information necessary to authenticate your access and link your account (such as identifiers and authentication assertions or tokens) and may receive limited profile information from the Customer or identity provider. LiquidTrust does not receive your password for the Customer's or identity provider's service through SSO.

1.3.7 Notwithstanding the foregoing, LiquidTrust may Process Personal Information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legally binding requirements to which LiquidTrust is subject (including recordkeeping and compliance obligations related to anti-money laundering, sanctions, fraud prevention, and financial services regulatory requirements), and to protect the security and integrity of the Services. To the extent LiquidTrust is required by law to Process or disclose Personal Information in a manner that is not directed by the Customer, LiquidTrust will, where permitted and practicable, direct the requesting party to the Customer and/or notify the Customer. Customer acknowledges that LiquidTrust may be legally prohibited from providing such notice or from disclosing the existence of certain requests or disclosures (including national security or similar legal process).

2.1 We obtain and use information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will ask for your consent before using Personal Information in a manner other than as set out in this Privacy Policy (this does not apply to Personal Information Processed on behalf of a Customer under Section 1.3).

2.2 BY USING OUR SERVICES OR VISITING OUR SITE OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICES OR VIA OUR SITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING THE COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONSENT DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT LIQUIDTRUST PROCESSES ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1.3; SUCH PROCESSING IS GOVERNED BY LIQUIDTRUST'S AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER (INCLUDING ANY DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM) AND THE CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY NOTICES AND LEGAL BASES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

LiquidTrust may also communicate directly with you as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, including for onboarding, identity or business verification, KYC/KYB, AML/sanctions/compliance screening, fraud prevention, payment-method verification, account security, Step-Up Verification, support for LiquidTrust-controlled service matters, and operational notices required by LiquidTrust's agreement with the applicable Customer (including notices under any Notice Process or Default Disposition mechanic). LiquidTrust may limit information regarding such communications where disclosure is prohibited, restricted, or inconsistent with applicable law, bank or payment network requirements, law enforcement or regulatory expectations, or LiquidTrust's risk and compliance controls.

3.1 Information You Provide. We collect your Personal Information when you create or update your LiquidTrust account, submit information when using the Site or Services, submit information to verify your identity, contact us with questions or feedback, participate in a market research program, contest or survey, or otherwise communicate with us. This Personal Information may include your name, mailing address, location information, email address, phone number, bank account/credit card information and taxpayer identification number. In addition, please be aware that if you enable those features on our Platform that allow you to share your User Content with others, anyone you have shared content with (including the general public, in certain circumstances) may have access to your User Content.

3.2 Your Email or Social Network Contacts. We collect your email, social network, and other contacts ("Contacts") if you choose to share them with us, or if you choose to refer potential customers to us via our referral programs (the "Referred Leads").

3.3 Public Information. We may collect information about you from public sources, such as public social media pages.

3.4 Information from Third Parties. We may collect information about you, including personal information and financial account information, from third parties, such as financial institutions and our service providers, for purposes of identity verification, fraud protection, risk assessment, and other purposes. We may collect your business information from credit bureaus for the foregoing purposes as well. We may also collect information about you from other users naming you as a Referred Lead or from users requesting that you be added to the Services as a "worker". In addition, we may receive demographic information about you from third parties to help us better understand our users and to improve and market our Services.

3.5 Automatically Collected Information. As is true with most service providers, we may automatically collect certain usage information when you access the Site or use the Services, such as your device identifier (if using a mobile device), Internet Protocol (IP) address (if using a browser), operating system, browser type and version, time zone setting, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, and clickstream data. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the Site, to learn about user behavior on the Site, to improve our products and services, and to gather demographic information about our users. We may also use this information in our marketing and advertising services. We also automatically collect certain usage information through cookies and related technologies, as described in Section 3.7 below. In addition, our Site may implement third-party software, such as Google's Invisible reCAPTCHA, that collects your information for security purposes.

3.6 Single Sign-On Information. If you access the Services through a single sign-on ("SSO") connection provided by a Customer, identity provider, or other third-party service, we will collect and receive information necessary to authenticate you and establish or maintain your account and access to the Services. This may include identifiers such as your name, email address, organization or account ID, role or permissions information, and authentication assertions or tokens provided by the SSO provider. We may also receive limited profile information that the Customer or SSO provider elects to share with us. We do not receive your password for the Customer's or SSO provider's service through SSO.

3.7 Cookies and Other Related Technologies.

3.7.1 Cookies are small pieces of text placed on your browser by websites that you visit. When you use or access the Site, we may place a number of cookies files in your web browser, which allow the Site to recognize you, to make the website function properly, and to collect data about you and your usage, as well as to provide business and marketing information to us. By using or accessing our Site, you agree that we may use, store, and access cookies on and from your computer or other device and that we may use additional methods to collect website usage data and IP addresses.

3.7.2 We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other similar technologies to remember your preferences and settings, better understand user behavior, reveal which areas of the Site users have visited, facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches, monitor aggregate usage by our users, and monitor web traffic routing on our Site to help us improve our Site. When you re-visit our Site, cookies allow the Site to recognize you, remember your preferences, and tailor your use of the Site. Information provided by cookies can help us to analyse your use of our Site and help us to provide you with a better user experience.

3.7.3 Pixel tags enable email messages in a format that customers can read, and they indicate whether email has been opened. We may also use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to you.

3.7.4 Most Internet browsers let you change the browser's settings to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from websites you visit. For more information on how to manage cookies, visit your browser's help pages. If you do not allow cookies, you may not be able to use some or all portions or functionality of the Site or Services. Please note that if you change computers or web browsers, you will need to disable cookies once again.

3.8 Third Parties. We partner with third parties to manage our advertising on other sites and to determine our Site performance. Such partners may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons and other related technologies to collect information about your activities on our Site and other sites so that we can (i) provide advertising that may be of interest to you, and (ii) evaluate the efficacy of our marketing programs and our Site.

4.1 We use information that we collect about you for the following purposes. This Section 4 describes Processing where LiquidTrust acts as a controller. Where LiquidTrust Processes Personal Information on behalf of a Customer, the purposes are described in Section 1.3 and are governed by LiquidTrust's agreement with that Customer.

• to administer the Site, manage accounts and provide the Services;
• to monitor, analyze, improve and develop content, advertising and the Site and Services, and to create new features of the Services;
• to provide a more customized experience on the Site, Services and/or our partners' or affiliates' websites;
• to verify identity and determine appropriate services;
• to understand our users better;
• to validate user information provided to us for fraud and risk detection purposes;
• to determine eligibility for the Services;
• for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research;
• to prevent, identify and address fraudulent or other illegal activity and security issues;
• to (i) solicit feedback, (ii) respond to your comments, requests or inquiries, (iii) provide customer service and support, or (iv) otherwise contact you in connection with the Site or Services;
• to generate anonymized, aggregate data containing only de-identified, non-personal information that we may use to publish reports;
• for our marketing purposes, such as (i) informing you of our or our partners' or affiliates' products, services, features or offerings that may be of interest to you, (ii) providing you with newsletters, articles, reports, updates and announcements, as well as information about upcoming events, (iii) contacting Referred Leads and suggesting Contacts for you to refer to LiquidTrust, (iv) improving and tailoring our advertising and communications, (v) analyzing our marketing efforts, and (vi) determining your eligibility for certain marketing programs, events and offers. If you prefer to be removed from our mailing list, you can opt-out at any time by updating your preferences in your account or contacting us at support@liquidtrust.io;
• to operate our business, which includes, without limitation, using your information (i) to Process payments, (ii) to send important notices, such as communications regarding the Site and Services, and changes to our terms and policies; (iii) to manage and enforce contracts with you or with third parties, (iv) to manage our corporate governance, compliance and auditing practices, and (v) for recruitment purposes, if you submit an application for employment with LiquidTrust via the Site;
• to administer any sweepstakes, contests, or similar promotions you may enter;
• in the case of non-personal information (which includes, without limitation, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone), we may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose;
• to (i) comply with laws, rules and regulations, including any disclosure or reporting obligations, (ii) resolve disputes with users or third parties, (iii) respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas and court orders) as we deem necessary or appropriate, (iv) protect our property rights or those of third parties, (v) protect the safety of the public or any person, and (vi) prevent or stop any activity which we may consider to be (or to pose a risk of being) illegal, unethical or legally actionable; and
• for any other purpose for which you expressly authorize us to use your information.

5.1 We will share your information only with the third parties listed below for the purposes described above in Section 4 – "Use of Your Information" (or, where we Process Personal Information on behalf of a Customer, for the purposes described in Section 1.3 and as permitted by our agreement with the Customer):

• government agencies and taxing authorities, as required to provide the Services, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service and state and local tax agencies;
• banking and financial institutions;
• certain parties as necessary to respond in good faith to legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas and court orders);
• legal and financial advisors and auditors;
• third-party agents, partners and service providers, who (i) are only permitted to use your information as we allow (which may include contacting you on our behalf), and (ii) are required under law or contract to keep your personal information confidential; and
• the following third parties under the circumstances described below:
  • we may share business information with credit bureaus, and we may share information with certain companies, banks and organizations for the purposes of fraud prevention and determining eligibility for the Services;
  • if you participate in our referral programs and/or share your Contacts with us and invite them to join LiquidTrust, the referral emails sent to your Contacts and Referred Leads will include your name and the fact that you are a LiquidTrust user;
  • if there is a sale of all or a portion of the LiquidTrust business (including, without limitation, a merger, stock acquisition, sale of assets or reorganization), or in the event that LiquidTrust liquidates or dissolves, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, which could include your information, to the acquirer;
  • from time to time, we may share reports with the public that contain anonymized, aggregate, de-identified information and statistics;
  • we may share your information with certain other third parties with whom you expressly authorize us to share your information; and
  • we may disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you, but only where there is a lawful basis for doing so, if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users.
  • the Customer through which you access or use the Services (for example, a financial institution, marketplace, platform, or employer), as necessary to provide, operate, and support the Services, including for reconciliation, reporting, customer support, dispute handling, risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance; this may include transaction details and status and limited bank or payment method identifiers (such as bank name and the last four digits of an account number), to the extent available to LiquidTrust in connection with the Services;

5.2 We do not share information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

6.1 We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We protect your personal information during transit using encryption such as Transport Layer Security (TLS). When your personal information is stored by us, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. All data stored in the cloud is maintained in encrypted form, including when we utilize third-party storage providers.

6.2 Although we have put in place commercially reasonable protections and procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Information we collect. Even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information. By using our Services or our Site, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guaranty.

6.3 When using the Site or Services, you may be provided the opportunity to post in a forum or chat room. Should you choose to do so, note that the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to communicate in these instances.

You may review, update, correct or delete your personal information through your account or by contacting us using the contact information listed below. We will provide you with access to your personal information for any purpose, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. If you would like us to delete your account entirely, please contact us at support@liquidtrust.io with a request that we delete your account and personal information. We may retain some of your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as needed for other legitimate business purposes. Additionally, we may decline to Process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by applicable law. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as previously described. If we Process your information on behalf of a Customer, your request should be directed to that Customer as described in Section 1.3.

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. When evaluating these periods, we carefully examine our need to collect personal information and, if we establish a need, we only retain it for the shortest possible period to fulfill the purpose of collection unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9.1 For Processing where LiquidTrust acts as a controller, we rely on both your consent and our legitimate business interests as legal bases, as applicable. In this regard, we use your Personal Information when necessary (a) to perform our obligations under any contract with you; (b) to comply with our legal obligations (for example, complying with our legal and regulatory obligations); and (c) for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of others (for example, to ensure the security of our Site or Services). If we rely on our (or another person's) legitimate interests for using your Personal Information, we will undertake a balancing test to ensure that our (or the other person's) legitimate interests are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Where LiquidTrust Processes Personal Information on behalf of a Customer as described in Section 1.3, the Customer determines the legal bases for that Processing, and LiquidTrust Processes such information pursuant to its contract with the Customer and applicable law.

9.2 If we rely on your consent for us to use your Personal Information in a particular way, but you later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at the e-mail address set forth in the "Contact Us" section below, and we will stop doing so.

The Site and/or Services may contain links to third-party websites, products and/or services. Information collected by third parties is governed by their privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such third-party websites, products and services, and we are not responsible for the third-parties' content, policies, or privacy and security practices.

11.1 The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. You may not create an account or use the Services unless you are at least 18 years old, and by using the Services you represent that you are at least 18.

11.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have collected personal information from a person under 18, please contact us at support@liquidtrust.io. We will investigate and, if we learn that we have collected such information, take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably practicable, as required by applicable law.

12.1 Scope; GLBA exemption. This Section applies to California residents and to personal information that is not otherwise exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). Much of the personal information we collect in connection with our financial products and services is subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and is therefore exempt from the CCPA; that information is described in our GLBA Consumer Privacy Notice (Section 13) The remainder of this Section applies to personal information we collect that is not GLBA-exempt, such as information collected from visitors to our Site through cookies and similar technologies.

12.2 Categories we collect. In the twelve (12) months preceding the "Last update" date above, we have collected the following categories of non-exempt personal information: (a) identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address, and online or device identifiers); (b) internet or other electronic network activity (such as interactions with our Site and cookies); (c) approximate geolocation (derived from IP address); and (d) inferences drawn from the foregoing, to the extent applicable. Sources and business purposes are described in Sections 3 and 4.

12.3 Sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information.

12.4 Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that give rise to a right to limit under the CCPA.

12.5 Your rights. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to: (a) know and access the personal information we have collected; (b) delete it; (c) correct inaccurate information; (d) opt out of sale or sharing; (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (f) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

12.6 How to exercise. Submit a request at support@liquidtrust.io. We verify requests using information associated with your account or interactions with us and may decline requests we cannot verify. You may use an authorized agent, subject to proof of authorization.

12.7 California "Shine the Light." Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request once per year certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at the address in Section 16.

This Section applies to nonpublic personal information ("NPI") about a consumer who obtains a financial product or service from LiquidTrust primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

13.1 What we collect. The categories of nonpublic personal information ("NPI") we collect about you include: (i) identifying information — such as your name, mailing and email addresses, telephone number, date of birth, and government-issued identification or taxpayer identification number; (ii) transaction and account activity — such as payment amounts, dates, counterparties, balances, holds and releases, and your transaction history with the Services; (iii) payment-method and bank-account information — such as bank account and routing numbers, card numbers, and related payment credentials; and (iv) identity-verification and compliance-screening information — such as information used to verify your identity and to screen for fraud, sanctions, and other financial-crime risk as part of our KYC/AML program. We collect this information from you directly, from your transactions and use of the Services, and from third-party identity-verification, fraud, and compliance-screening providers.

13.2 What we disclose and to whom. To provide the Services and as permitted by law, we may disclose the NPI described above to: (i) banks and other Partner Institutions that hold or move funds for the Services; (ii) payment networks, processors, and other payment and settlement providers; (iii) service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as identity verification, fraud and compliance screening, and technology and support providers; and (iv) regulators, law enforcement, courts, and other authorities where required or permitted by law. We disclose NPI only as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce your transactions, to enable our service providers to perform services for us, or as otherwise permitted under GLBA — and not in any manner that would require us to offer you an opt-out.

13.3 Sharing; no opt-out required. We share NPI with the third parties described above only as necessary to effect, administer, or enforce your transactions and to enable our service providers to perform services for us — sharing permitted under GLBA without an opt-out. We do not share NPI with nonaffiliated third parties in any manner that would give you a right to opt out under GLBA. If that changes, we will provide a revised notice and any opt-out required by law before doing so.

13.4 How we protect NPI. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect NPI, including access controls, encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, monitoring, and limiting employee access to a need-to-know basis, consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule and applicable law. See our "Protection of Personal Information" section for additional detail.

13.5 Delivery of this notice. We provide this notice when you become a customer and make our current notice continuously available through the Site. Because we share NPI only within GLBA's permitted exceptions (so no opt-out applies) and will not change the practices described here without first notifying you, we are not required to deliver an annual privacy notice. If we change our information-sharing practices in a way that requires it, we will provide a revised notice and any opt-out required by law.

14.2 How to exercise. Submit a request at support@liquidtrust.io. We will verify your request and respond within the time your state's law requires. If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us at support@liquidtrust.io. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Any information that we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting them on our Site, informing you through the Services, or sending you an email or other notification, and we will indicate when such changes will become effective.
