Understanding Your Dashboard
Overview
Your dashboard provides a summary of account activity and quick access to common actions. It is the first page you see after logging in.
Quick Actions
Quick Actions allow you to start common tasks:
- Send Payment — create a new Simple Pay or Protected Pay
- Request Payment — request a payment from a counterparty
- Invite Payor or Payee — invite a new Business Contact
- Add Team Member — invite someone from your organization to join your account
To-Do Transactions
The To-Do section highlights transactions that need your attention. Each item shows a status badge and an action button:
| Badge | Action | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| To Accept | Accept | You received a payment invitation to review |
| To Approve | Approve | A payment needs your approval as the assigned manager |
| To Request | Request Release | Protected Pay is funded and you can request release |
| To Pay/Release | Pay Now or Release Funds | You need to fund a payment or release escrowed funds |
| To Resolve | Resolve | A dispute is open and needs resolution |
| To Payout | Initiate Payout | Funds are available to transfer to your bank account |
Pending Invitations
Track outstanding invitations you have sent to counterparties and team members. You can resend, copy the invite link, or cancel pending invitations.
Recent Transactions
Displays your most recent payment activity. Click a transaction to view its details, or click View All to go to the Transactions page.
Onboarding Checklist
If you are still setting up your account, the dashboard shows a checklist to guide you through:
- Adding your business or personal details
- Uploading business documents
- Completing identity verification for owners and admins
- Adding a payment method
Next Steps
Once onboarding is complete, the dashboard may suggest connecting with counterparties by inviting your first Business Contact.
