Managing Simple Pay Transactions

Overview

Once a Simple Pay is created, both the sender and the recipient can take actions on it depending on its current status.

When You Would Use This

You have an active Simple Pay transaction and need to take action — such as accepting, approving, paying, or reviewing it.

How It Works

Simple Pay transactions appear on your Dashboard (in the To-Do section) and on the Transactions page. You can click any transaction to view its details and available actions.

What Happens Next

After taking an action, the transaction status will update and the other party will be notified. See Simple Pay Statuses for the full list of statuses.

Notes

  • All actions require confirmation before they are processed.
  • Rejecting a payment requires entering a reason.
  • You can view the full transaction details including payment method, timeline, and approval history from the transaction detail page.
