If you encounter issues or have questions, LiquidTrust provides support through an in-app help tool and a support website.

How It Works

Support is available through:

  • In-app help — click the help icon in the sidebar to open the support tool. You can search for answers or send a message to the support team.
  • Support website — visit support.liquidtrust.io for additional resources.

When to Contact Support

  • Your business verification is blocked or incomplete
  • A payment is delayed beyond the expected processing time
  • You need to update business information
  • You have questions about fees, exchange rates, or processing
  • You encounter an error or unexpected behavior

Notes

  • The in-app help tool may not be available for all partner integrations.
